Chef Wade Moises, formerly of Sassi, will offer first bites of his new restaurant, Pasta Bar, slated to open after Labor Day at First Street and Pierce in downtown Phoenix. And a new company from Somalia, The Sambusa Factory, will be introducing a frozen African phyllo meat pocket making its way to groceries around town.
